We work with our members and potential members to understand what drives their business, how payment processing impacts it, and the challenges they have had in optimizing their payment solutions for both customers and vendors. We are not wedded to any single provider of a product or service – but have a portfolio of many options for our members, so that we can provide the right solution to the right challenge.


PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH A CO-OP

Our products and services are provided through a true co-op.  The co-op is owned by all of its members and each year the profits of the co-op are shared with the members, proportional to the percentage of commissions/rebates collected by the co-op based on the each member’s use of co-op services.  In simple terms, if a member’s business with the co-op results in 2% of the revenue collected by the co-op, that member will receive 2% of the distributed profits.

As we work with credit card processing companies and other product and service providers under affiliate agreements, we receive income (commissions and rebates) from them based on the aggregate size of the business we do with them and revenue sharing agreements that we have. The income that a member company produces for the co-op helps pay for the expense of managing the co-op, and the funds that remain after the expense of the co-op is covered are rebated back to the members.  Based on our management agreement, members are guaranteed a rebate of at least 50% of the revenues the co-op receives based on their business with us. And this rebate will grow as the co-op grows.
