Their premium quality beds are handcrafted in the USA from solid hardwoods, and then finished with Greenguard certified paints and lacquers. Their company is dedicated to designing and making products that help foster safe and healthy living environments. 

Problem        

This new company (started in 2017) was able to secure credit card processing at acceptable rates and financing for its own operations – but had a need for supporting its customers with payment plans that allowed a broader range of customers to afford the high cost of this custom furniture and purchase the additional accessories they needed. They felt that they were closing too low a percentage of inquiries and sales were not growing as quickly as they could be. They were frustrated that they did not have an option to present to their customers.

Solution

We introduced this company to a service in our portfolio called SplitIt. There is instant approval, no need to apply for new credit line, and no application form or credit check. This solution allows shoppers to make installment payments online, in store or with their mobile device. There is simple web API integration and plugins with leading ecommerce platforms.

Since integrating Splitit, they have seen a 40% increase in ticket sales as well as an overall 10% increase in sales. Using Splitit allows them to make their products more accessible to a wider base of customers and they can easily track customer payments through Splitit’s convenient merchant online portal.
